i love food. i think about food all the time. how much i'm eating, how much my boys aren't eating, how annoying it is that they are so gosh darn picky, planning weekly menus or attempting to plan weekly menus. i love trying new recipes.
we tried spinach lasagne last night. this is the recipe i somewhat followed. instead of making my own sauce, i just bought the spaghetti sauce we always use. also, i'm sure we used more cheese than the recipe calls for. jay was standing behind me and kept saying 'more cheese.'
verdict: "we are fixing this again. you can't even taste the spinach." - jay.
