Double Digits

How can it be that 10 years have gone by? 10 years since I held you in my arms...so unbeleivably excited that you were finally here and feeling love that I never knew existed.

You took your time coming into this world, I was two weeks overdue and more than ready for you to arrive. Your arrival was somewhat scary...but it all worked out in the end. I can't believe you were 9 pounds 15 ounces...you in fact lived up to your name... BIG MAC.

You make being a mom easy...you always have. You were a great baby and you are a great kid.

May you always know the special place you hold in my heart. You fulfilled my lifelong dream to be a Mommy.
